They have some at our supermarket for a few dollars and I thought maybe I’d try it, but I didn’t know if it’s one of those things that doesn’t taste great but people drink anyway for the health benefits. Thanks!

I’m a healthy weight and i drink acai juice everyday for its antioxidants.
it hasn’t caused any weight loss though. i don’t believe that it can help with weight problems.
but it’s still very healthy!

it is the same as any other berry juice. it is loaded with antioxidants which are good for you. but you could just eat some blueberries and get the same amount of antioxidants.
