I keep seeing these ads on myspace and facebook about this particular diet that Oprah and Dr. Oz speak very highly of. I just need to shed a good 20 by March so has anyone really tried it?

I have 30 days to lose 20 lbs. I am eating only Special K bars, salad topped with chicken, fruit salad, tuna, and Healthy Choice frozen dinners. But I still am not seeing the result I need, hence the question.

Plus any website that doesn’t end in .org, .gov, .com is a scam. Sometimes .tv are legitimate, but not if you are buying something from them.
Do your research, kiddo, do not let the spammer who posted their .info website get your information! The worst things in life are free if you get them from the internet.
The best way to get acai berry “results” (which are questionable at best as ingesting too much antioxidants is unhealthy) is juice or pills, and you can buy these at any vitamin store or natural food store. Without selling your soul.

Answer by Jeanette no, it does not actually work. it is just a big scam. i tried it, and nothing. you have to couple it with eating nothing but salad and working out 3 hours a day.
